Sale Of The Century!

I chose Todd to sell my house after having listed with another agent for six months and having a sale fall through after two months of waiting. Todd provided me with regular, relevant market information, as well as thorough feedback after inspections and opens, and follow ups with propspective buyers. It was a particularly stressfull time for me and Todd and his lovely staff were always caring and responsive to this. I suspect Todd would have liked a bit more time to try and get me a higher sale price but unfortuantely this wasn't an option. I was more than happy with my entire association with Todd and Byron Shire Real Estate and would absolutely recommend them to anyone who is selling a home.
