April has been working in the Property Management industry for over 20 years and possesses a real-world property knowledge and experience. 

Starting as a receptionist and administrator, April has been a business owner/partner and is currently our fully licenced Property Manager which is proof of April's dedication, passion and strong interest in real estate.

Being a property investor herself, April can empathise with her clients. She knows what is required to maintain a property and maximise the revenue. April's clients return time after time which is a testament to her work ethic and diligence.

April prides herself on building positive communication with clients, working between landlords and tenants with a hands-on approach. Quick to respond to urgent situations, April has the ability to keep calm and strives for the speedy resolution of any issue that affects a property and ensures the management of your most valuable asset is stress-free.

Raised in the Byron Shire, April has firsthand knowledge of the region and has strong links within the community, through her family, two children and her wide circle of friends and being a member of many local team sports.
